Shipping Policy

At MorningTheory, we are committed to getting your sunrise alarm clock to you as quickly and transparently as possible. We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders—no minimums or hidden fees required.

Delivery Timeline Overview

Your total estimated delivery time is broken down into two stages: Processing Time + Shipping Time.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends will begin processing on the following business day.

2. Shipping & Delivery

  • Destination: We ship exclusively to physical addresses and PO Boxes within the United States.

  • Shipping Rates: FREE for all orders.

  • Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days.

Note on Delivery Delays: While we strive to meet these estimates, delivery times are not strictly guaranteed. Unexpected delays from weather, peak seasonal shipping volumes, or carrier logistics can occasionally happen.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your item has been handed to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking activity to update after receiving your notification.

  • You can track your order status directly on our "Track Orders" page or via the carrier’s portal.

4. Shipping Address & Modifications

Please review your shipping details carefully before completing checkout.

  • Once an order has entered processing or has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the buyer.

5. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages

  • Damaged Upon Arrival: If your sunrise alarm clock arrives broken or damaged, please email morningtheorystore@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item and original packaging so we can issue a replacement.

  • Lost in Transit: If your package shows no tracking updates for more than 15 consecutive business days, or if tracking shows "Delivered" but you cannot locate it, reach out to our support team so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier.
